For ages 18 and up, our adult program is currently available at our Indoor location, Spartan Gymnastics in Ocean Township, at 3-7pm on Sundays. As well as in Freehold Outdoors, on Wednesdays from 5-6pm.
Both the indoor and outdoor classes take place at 5pm and are geared towards beginner athletes. For more advanced athletes, we welcome you to come take part in our open sessions. We will be increasing class level availability as the program continues to grow.
The Parkour Community hosts many events between the months of April and November. The best time of year to get outdoors and train. Check out our event page for a schedule of events.
